This membership is designed for families who are not using health insurance. It is structured as an annual commitment, created to make care more affordable for families by evenly distributing larger visit costs over the course of the year.

• Children 0 - 12 months old: $275/mo
• Children 12 - 24 months old: $175/mo

Note: If a family has unique vaccine needs or ends care earlier than anticipated, pricing may be adjusted to reflect either additional services provided or a disproportionate use of care within the membership period.
