KidKutsMD is a concierge pediatric plastic surgery team that will meet you at a local ER or Urgent Care for suturing if your child is injured. This avoids ER wait times but can be expensive depending on the time of day that you need the service. Most Urgent Cares and all Emergency Rooms can also suture, but some parents prefer a plastic surgeon especially for more visible areas or jagged incisions.
